When applied therapeutically the sound of the gongs, helps to relax the system on all levels of being; physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically and spiritually. The insertion of needles through acupuncture helps restore the balance of energy by restoring the natural flow of qi in the body. This combined therapy is a treat for all elements of the body and is guaranteed to leave you feeling mindfully rested and restored for the new year ahead.
The session is charged at £35 per person or 2 places for £60, places must be booked in advance.
